**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve drinks according to customer specifications and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation
- Restock for current and next shift
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficiency
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

**Skills**
- Prior experience as a barista or in customer service is a plus
- Ability to adjust under stressful environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- Ability to gauge customers' preferences
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 lb on a regular basis

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
