COMMUNICATIONS & FLEET COORDINATOR - Orange County Area

A leading national marketing and professional services company serving OEM manufacturers and their agency partners seeking a fleet coordinator. We produce media and marketing programs and events that showcase the latest make and model in the auto industry.

The Fleet Coordinator in our Orange County regional office will work closely with the media (automotive, lifestyle, Influencer) to provide product communications and vehicle test drive schedules in accordance with client-approved initiatives. The role will support the company's overall client strategy, media test drive program, and event and activation planning teams.
- Manage client and media relationships

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain relationships with regional media contacts and participate/support regional automotive writers/journalist groups.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client initiatives and programs are executed to the highest quality managing internal and external conditions and requirements.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client regarding regional activity; ensure client, media and internal constituencies are engaged and supported as needed.
- Manage lifestyle, automotive and social media vehicle loan schedules for regional media fleet programs.
- Manage media coverage tracking using various technology tools that measure and inventory data.
- Update regional media profiles with publication details, audience reach, etc.
- Monitor media fleet program activity and media mix relative to program budgets and identify necessary adjustments as required.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Operations Manager/Lead Driver on all aspects of care and logistics for the media fleet life cycle: receipt/shipment including activation and turn-in of new vehicles to regional fleets following client protocol.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license in good standing

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
