Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. This position is located in

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain social media platforms to promote company culture and employer branding
- Assist in project management for HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and talent acquisition efforts
- Develop and implement affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and record keeping
- Assist with the administration of FMLA, OSHA, and other leave and safety programs
- Collaborate with the training department to develop and deliver training programs for employees
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
- Support HR team with various tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in social media management, project management, and affirmative action planning
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant employment laws and regulations
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other HRIS systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
