Digital Media Manager

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with organizational goals, including content creation, audience targeting, and platform selection.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Utilize WordPress to create and edit webpages, integrating branding and standardized design across the website.
- Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and drive audience growth
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to digital media initiatives. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights for future optimization.
- Ability to travel up to 25 miles.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
- A Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing is preferred but not required.
**PREFERRED**:
- Minimum of (2) years’ experience required
- Bilingual - preferred not required
**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS**:
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content and multimedia assets.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
