**About us**

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. As IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

**Duties**:

- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Provide technical support for operating systems such as Windows, Mac and Linux
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Assist in the management of IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Support Azure Active Directory user management

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in software troubleshooting and remedy implementation
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Mac and Linux
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and desktop support
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, and switches
- Proficiency in Azure Active Directory user management

Education & Certifications
- A four year degree is not required.
- Those with Certfications will go to the top of the list. Network+, Security+, Azure, Cisco, etc.
- Experience in migration to Microsoft 365 a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
