Job Summary:
Join our team at Diamond Group as an Outside Sales Representative where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic sales techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop customized sales strategies to meet the specific needs of clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage leads effectively
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to optimize sales efforts and achieve collective goals
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong proficiency in account management, analyzing market trends, and utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Demonstrated success in technical sales, business development, negotiation, and closing deals
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach
- 5+ Years of B2B sales experience preferred (Preferably via outside sales)
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $3,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
