Canine Handler

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Handling the overall care and well-being of guests in our facility to ensure their best stay
- Handling dogs safely and properly while moving them into their appropriate play groups
- Completing feeding, watering, activity, and potty breaks as assigned
- Sweeping, mopping, laundry, dishes, and other basic cleaning tasks
- Cleaning and sanitizing indoor and outdoor play areas and dog crates
- Greeting all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Other tasks as deemed necessary by the Leadership Team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Applicants must have weekend and evening availability**:

- General knowledge of Canine Behavior & Dog to Dog Interactions
- Professionalism, dedication to work, and a positive attitude
- Ability to contribute well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on feet for long periods, lift 50 lbs., and have a natural comfort level around all breeds of dogs
- Reliable transportation
- Resume Required
- MUST LOVE DOGS
- Part Time with potential for Full Time
- Rate:
Handlers: $11-13/hr

Senior Handlers: $13-15/hr

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
