**Behavior Interventionist Position: (10-40 hours per week, Monday - Saturday, depending on your availability) compensation**: $17.00 - $19 per hour and opportunity for advancement with higher wage.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Going into the homes and other settings of clients with special needs of various ages and working with them and their families;
- Providing individual instruction to clients implementing pre-developed treatment plans.
- Assisting in developing and implementing behavior support and intervention plans, strategies, and techniques.
- Gathering, compiling, and preparing data for statistical and operational reports.
- Participating in staff development, education and training programs as directed.
- Maintaining client confidentiality.
- Commuting (driving) to and from client residence.
- Potentially working various hours throughout the day depending on the need of the client.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Possess a high school diploma. Degrees in Psychology, Early Childhood Development, Elementary Education, Special Education, or related field are a plus, but all of those with Bachelors degrees are invited to apply;
- Experience working with special needs clients preferred;
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility for employment within the United States;
- Must be able to speak English fluently;.
- Must be able to pass drug test;
- Must be able to clear a Livescan/background check;
- Must have valid driver's license;
- Must have own transportation, ability and willingness to travel within and around San Diego County.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Fluency in language other than English (Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese & Vietnamese).
- Registered Behavior Technician
- CPR Certification
