**Duties**:

- Reviews directives, policies, programs, enterprise-wide functional user requirements and acquisition strategies to determine the impact and implications supporting automations and orchestration.
- Serves as representative in working groups regarding software development, automations and orchestration, and configuration management policies, standards, processes, and operating issues.

**To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties**: 1) Preparing directives on resource management in both the information and financial areas; 2) Plan and coordinate the installation, configuration, and implementation of major hardware or software upgrades to the systems environment; and, 3) Ensure protective and corrective measures are implemented for vulnerabilities or incidents per the direction of the supporting Regional Computer Emergency Response Team (RCERT). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02 or GS-11 equivalent.
