Clover Environmental Solutions is looking for an EXPERIENCED Warehouse Associate with a consistent work history for our Ottawa, IL location (climate controlled facility).

**SCHEDULE: 1:30PM - 10:00PM**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- You are a person who will be responsible for accurately pulling product by type and quantity from stock locations using a pick ticket.
- You will check the pulled product against what is indicated on the ticket; neatly label any items requiring labels and pack items in the correct boxes to be shipped.
- You will use the correct pallet for the required specifications, stack items for the most solid and durable transport.
- You are a person who will be responsible for rotating between various jobs including pulling items to be packed, packing items, loading pallets, and floor loading trailers with finished packages.
- You will ship the product through the shipping system and verify all required documents are present.
- You are a person who can adjust to changes in the Shipping Department to meet daily requirements.
- You will maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

- **QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:

- **You have a High School Diploma or equivalent**

- You will be required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
- You have the ability to learn how to use the RF (radio frequency)gun and Smart Phone scanner.
- You have the ability to use pallet jack.
- You must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements per each customer’s requirements.
- You have the ability to interpret pick tickets for proper product picks and quantities
- You have the ability to learn warehouse layout in order to facilitate the picking process.
- You are detailed and focused
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced working environment
- You are flexible and self motivated
- Previous picking experience preferred.
- Prior fork lift experience preferred

- **PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- **You are required to lift up to 50lbs routinely.**:

- You have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- You can expect frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling of boxes, as well as frequent movement (walking) throughout the warehouse.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
