**Specialized **Knowledge & Skills** Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience with Property and Casualty Insurance Market, focusing on Policy Center Insurance domain
- 5+ years of experience with Guidewire Policy Center
- Deep knowledge of Property Casualty Policy Coverages, Endorsements, and form rules
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
- Basic knowledge and understanding of system architecture and system engineering processes and procedures.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technologies, operating systems, and the interconnectivity between infrastructure platforms and software tools.
- You will have demonstrated experience analyzing and defining technical SDLC requirements for small to medium IT projects using a variety of graphical and textual techniques.
- You will have demonstrated experience consulting on the development of test strategies and plans for small to medium IT projects.
- You will have demonstrated experience using facilitation and interview techniques to elicit and document requirements.
- You will have demonstrated experience with modeling techniques/tools used to convey and gain agreement regarding requirements.
- Solid understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. (e.g. Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
- Solid knowledge of general business operations and objectives.
- Communicate and or coordinate meetings with customers, team members, and or team members to ensure successful outcomes.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110;
