**Job description**

**Job responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- **Evening Concierge/Security**:

- **Ensure that work requests are prioritized and that the required work is accomplished.**:

- **Gather and empty trash**:

- **Set up or break down, arranged tables or chairs for activity events**:

- **Knowledge of emergency systems in the facility**:

- **Know the location and operation of all fire and emergency equipment located in the general work area. Know evacuation routes and exits in the work areas**:

- **Maintain daily logs**:

- **Work with the other facility department heads to assist incoming residents**:

- **Patrol parking lot for parking control**:

- **Attend meetings and in-service training sessions**:

- **Accept & Perform all assigned duties in an effective, timely and professional manner**:

- **Maintain a professional attitude and consistently work cooperatively with residents, families, supervisor, co-workers and ancillary service providers**:

- **Understand and follow all company policies including the Employee Handbook.**

**Complete other duties as assigned by the Central Services Director.**

**The Oaks of Clearwater is located at 420 Bay Avenue in downtown Clearwater**

Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
