Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide recommendations based on their needs - Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with integrity - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, aiming for customer satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features to customers - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Basic math skills for accurate pricing and calculations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing customer needs - Knowledge of wireless sales is desirable but not required We offer competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
