General Description (Summary, Scope, Purpose)

Hub California is looking for full-time apprentices to join our team. If you’re a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in having a successful career, we encourage you to apply. We’re accepting applicants from California.

This program requires you to commit to working 40 hours per week for 10 weeks. You will become a regular HUB employee for this apprenticeship period and will be allowed to participate in all HUB benefits.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship would pave the way for you to obtain a Property & Casualty/Life & Health License and secure a full-time position with HUB International, 5th largest Insurance Brokerage in the world.

**Requirements**:
College Graduates, Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before June 2024, and Veterans seeking a new career opportunity.

College Graduates/Undergraduates - Preferred area of study include but not limited to Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, Communications, General Business Management, Economics, & Finance.

Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S Employment opportunities. We will require proof of work authorization.

If selected for the HUB CAL Apprenticeship Program apprentices will execute company’s nondisclosure agreement which requires, among other things post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality, and non
- disclosure.
