Our extensive auto insurance network ensures hassle-free and timely repairs for our customers.

**Qualifications**
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR check.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes/procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and provide personable, friendly customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform consistent physical activities, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers regarding repair timelines, cost estimates, and additional work requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members, including technicians, managers, and administrative staff, to ensure efficient operations.
- Clean, sand, and prime vehicle surfaces for painting.
- Conduct quality control on all projects and ensure a factory finish with each vehicle.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with regulations for handling hazardous materials.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Auto painting: 2 years (required)
