**Job Summary**

Provide direct support to a Department of Defense customer for multi-domain effects technology transition and fielding.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Lead advisor to DoD program managers for the evaluation of advanced M&S tools and and J ADC2 technology
- Provides advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program staff in the following areas:

- Multi-domain systems
- Modeling and Simulation of mission-level and campaign-level operations
- JADC2, ABMS, EW, and Cyber
- Oversee the technical efforts of FFRDC, National Lab, or contractor RF R&D studies
- Provides detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements for mission critical challenges/issues
- Written documentation and briefing of essential job functions
- Ability to translate complex ideas and data into simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of act

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in a science, engineering, or technical field or BS with 20+ years relevant experience
- 10 years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than three (3) years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment
- Experience must include electronic warfare, cyber, modeling and simulation, and JADC2
- Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated
- Excellent oral, written, and reporting communication skills
- Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment
