**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks at our clinic facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to schedule maintenance activities with mínimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Provide occasional support to our Phoenix location as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem
- solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable work truck with own tools.
- Willingness to travel to Phoenix on occasion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $43,333.16 - $52,186.18 per year
