**Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving Clerk**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following:

- Preparing and packaging product for shipment per company standards
- Receiving all materials and products from vendors
- Upon receiving freight
- match BOL to PO, notate date, stock number, and log location in warehouse
- Enter receiving information in the computer and place in warehouse or deliver to proper personnel
- Complete shipping documentation and print required attachments for company product
- Aid in identifying possible order entry errors
- Prepare documents necessary for shipping orders through specified carriers and shipment method (standard freight or expedited freight)
- Contact freight carriers and coordinate shipping rates and schedules
- Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy by following established procedures
- Pull material from inventory
- Enter returned material into inventory and log new warehouse location
- Work in professional manner with all customers and fellow employees both internal and external
- Keep the production and warehouse areas clean and safe
- End of month inventory
- OT may be required
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous packing and shipping experience
- Experience in material handling equipment essential, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. and safe operations
- Ability to read packing list and work instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with Production Manager and CSR
- Clear handwriting skills for completion of documentation
- Experience in shipping documentation and coordinating freight carriers
- Experience with UPS/Worldship/Trifecta/Global/Messenger preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
