Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with various medical procedures. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with family planning and provide education on reproductive health
- Ensure sterile processing techniques are followed for infection control
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

**Experience**:

- Must have a valid Registered Nurse license in NH
- Minimum of 1 year working with Geriatric patients with dementia and or Alzheimer's
- Familiarity with patient care protocols and procedures
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
