Reload Supervisor

R & G Reload established in 2000 is a trans loading facility based in Winchester Virginia on the CSX railroad.

Our primary products that we handle are lumber, plywood, OSB, and other building materials.

21,000 feet of inside storage as well as 5 acres of outside storage.

R & G Reload is capable of handling 2500 rail cars per year. We have 3,000 feet of rail line with a loop that can hold 15 rail cars at a time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the receipt and storage of materials according to established procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of reloads.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a focus on reload operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and the capability to learn existing software
- Hands-on experience as a forklift operator with valid certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
