Cage Cashier

**Position: Cage Cashier**

**Wage: 15.50/hr. plus tips**

***: Responsible for assisting guests with monetary transactions efficiently and accurately while providing exceptional Guest service.

**DUTIES**:

- Perform various redemptions and exchange transactions with accuracy : i.e. gaming checks, coin/currency exchanges, check cashing, cash advances, coupon/voucher redemptions, etc.
- Accurately balance assigned bank.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the facility, as well as special events on property in order to keep Guests informed.
- Assist other cashiers in the Cage when needed.
- Held accountable, to high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
- Keep up with fast paced atmosphere, work efficiently under pressure, maintain professional composure.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1.Education:High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

2.Work Experience:
a.Recent experience handling large volume of currency and transactions (bank teller, cashier, CSM, etc.).

3.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
a.Accurately operate a 10-key calculator by sight.

b.Pass basic math test.

c.Excellent communication skills.

4.Be at least 18 years of age.

5.Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
