**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Operations Associate (OA) will help the operations department in planning, set-up and execution of the entire operations process, including the intake of orders to the actual management of client orders. They will report to the Operations Manager and will be tasked with a full-suite of administrative and technical duties within the operations team. The OA will communicate with clients and all staff to ensure daily responsibilities are completed in-full and on-time according to all protocols in place.

They are also responsible for helping to maintain a clean workplace. Being organized and detailed is essential for success in this position.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Client Relations**
- Manage and oversee all client communications across sales platforms including, but not limited to Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and other 3rd party platforms for both Ring Citi and Untamed Pack
- Serve as project manager for client custom order projects and coordinate with overseas supply chain manufacturer as needed
- Work closely with the China factory to manage projects when necessary
- Manage and troubleshoot order tracking and shipment logistics
- Assist with digital product mock-ups for clients through Photoshop and Illustrator

**Product Execution**
- Manage and operate CNC laser machinery to execute client orders
- Assist in the operation of the UV printing machinery for client orders
- Assist with pick and pack fulfillment, packing and assembly when necessary
- Operate the 3D printing machine and troubleshoot as needed
- Assist with product quality control and coordinate with the factory accordingly
- Assure workspace is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
- Participate in department meetings
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
