Aprn or Arpn

**APRN or ARPN - very part-time, occasional**

**A. Pay rate**:
1. $75 per hour (minimum 4 hour shifts on days worked), initially.

2. Pay will be raised later upon proving merit, availability, and reliability, and regularly as inflation increases.

**B. Role/Tasks needed**:
1. Provide coverage for my main medical provider when our medical provider is sick or on vacation, which will be a minimum of 3 weeks per year. Ideal for APRN or ARPN that has a flexible schedule, or mostly works outside of Mon-Thur 8am to 12pm (noon).

2. Very part-time, very occasional, to cover for my main APRN in a very small and specialized medical clinic.

3. Initially (first 6 months), work two days per month (8am - 12pm, 4 hours) to learn our specific treatment protocols and EMR charting, by shadowing our main APRN.

4. Very long-term (seeking stable, reliable person) (after initial learning period), work minimum of one day per month (8am - 12pm, 4 hours) to keep up-to-date with clinic protocols.

5. North Orlando location.

**C. Requirements**:
1. Must have DEA license to prescribe controlled substances. Must be licensed in Florida as APRN or ARPN.

2. Must speak English very well and clearly.

3. Must have flexibility to shift your normal schedule to occasionally cover for my main APRN when on vacation or sick, on days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or some combination thereof, during hours of 8am to 12pm (noon).

4. On-the-job training will be provided for learning our specific protocols. Must follow precisely our specific protocols and procedures.

5. Non-compete agreement and 60-day termination notice required for the role (looking for long-term working relationship, and notice period to give us time to find a replacement).

6. Must be willing and able to use our EMR software for seeing schedule, for charting, and making notes after each patient meeting. All of our charts are maintained digitally using the software. On-the-job training will be provided (within reason; it is nothing complicated if you have basic computer usage skills and/or experience using EMR software already).

7. Must be consistently friendly, kind, and professional (appearance and demeanor) with generally older patients that are accustomed to top-level customer service in a concierge-executive-type clinic.

8. Must commit and reliably be there when scheduled to work (small clinic that would be heavily depending on you to be there when scheduled).

**D. Selection process**:
3. Second interview will be in-person with our APRN medical provider on-site at the clinic.
