**How you will make an impact as a Medical Assistant**:

- As a Medical Assistant, you will be a clinic champion for our patients by providing outstanding hands-on patient care and promoting a collaborative work environment
- Maintain the day to day flow of our patient experience
- Work closely and collaboratively with our clinic staff
- Room patients, enter patient medical history/vitals in the EMR
- Assist with Oral Appliance Therapy (OAT) program
- Crosstrain as a Patient Service Representative and check in patients, verify insurance, and schedule appointments

**What we're looking for in a Medical Assistant**:

- Strong customer service focus with a passion for helping others
- Great communication skills
- Solid technology skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, EHR
- Great attention-to-detail and accuracy in work
- Solution oriented problem solver
- Strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, positive attitude/willingness to get the job done
- MA certification NOT required
- Current valid driver license required
- Ability to travel to the Green Bay clinic as needed
