Mizani Fitness provides onsite Health & Wellness Programs specializing in Corporate Wellness, Government Health & Wellness and Residential Fitness nationwide

Mizani Fitness is currently seeking **Silver Sneakers Instructors** for contract positions instructing Senior Fitness classes at a Military Installation in **Washington, DC.**

The **Silver Sneakers Instructor** responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Develop safe onsite classes that are age and fitness level appropriate designed to challenge and empower Seniors.
- Lead scheduled onsite Senior Fitness classes at Mizani Fitness client locations at **any **of the following times**:Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 AM or 10:00 AM** (**NOTE**: Silver Sneakers Instructor will be assigned to instruct weekly 60-minute Senior Fitness classes)
- Complete attendance log for each Senior Fitness class.
- Adhere to Mizani Fitness policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Mizani Fitness client policies and procedures.

The **Silver Sneakers Instructor** must have the following attributes:

- Current Silver Sneakers, Senior Fitness, Senior Strength & Conditioning or Active Aging certification is required
- 1+ year of experience in group fitness instruction in the fitness industry is preferred
- Current AED/CPR certification is required
