Percussion Instructor

International School of Music is seeking part-time Percussion Teachers to join its growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach drum lessons to students of all ages and skill levels in the comfort of a professional school environment
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum to meet individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Prepare students for progress evaluations, recitals and performances
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and goals

Our administrative staff handles all the things below, so drum teachers can focus on teaching:

- scheduling of lessons and building instructor's roster quickly
- managing student’s invoicing and billing
- organize school recitals, and all other student community performances

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Music education or percussion performance preferred
- At least 2 years of experience teaching drum lessons
- Expertise in multiple percussion genres
- Professional and punctual attitude; a friendly disposition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
