**Location**: 555 South Promendade Avenue, Corona, CA 92879

Ecore is looking for a new Warehouse Manager to coordinate shipping, receiving, verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment. You will oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments, plan work schedules, assign duties, and evaluates work.

**Warehouse Manager Salary Range**: $67,000 - $85,000, depending on experience
**Shift**: Monday - Friday
**Hours**: 7:30am - 4:30pm

**Core Contributions**:

- Keep the safety of yourself and all team members top priority. Conduct regular safety training and empower the team to say something and make suggestions if they see anything unsafe.
- Lead and develop a team of Shipping Clerks, provide direction and training on work duties, coach through issues, schedule coverage to meet the business need, and partner with HR to meet hiring needs.
- Manage the work through standard work, KPIs, and data analysis.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, handle and disposition materials, and keep warehouse inventory current.
- Assures products, parts, and supplies are shipped, distributed, and received efficiently.
- Evaluate physical condition of warehouse and equipment and prepare work order for repairs and requisitions for equipment replacements.
- Takes precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss.
- Continuously look for ways to improve performance and include the team in formal and informal process improvement events.
- Prepares and reviews distribution documents.
- Screens, hires, trains staff, evaluates employee performance, and recommends or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action for warehouse team.

**Essential Experiences**:

- High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience leading people in a shipping or warehouse environment
- 3+ forklift experience
- Prior experience with Excel and an ERP
