We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations of our spa under the supervision of the Spa Manager. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in spa management within a holistic wellness setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing the spa operations.
- Help coordinate staff schedules, manage payroll inputs, and support staff training.
- Participate in inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Ensure that all spa facilities are clean and operate to the highest standard.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle bookings, and address client inquiries.
- Help resolve any client or staff issues that arise.
- Support financial management tasks such as budgeting and monitoring expenses.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa, wellness center, or related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of holistic practices and spa services.
- Proficiency in using Meevo spa management software; familiarity with other systems like Zenoti or Vagaro is a plus.
- Associate’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate of $18-$22, based on experience and qualifications.
