**Responsibilities/Duties**:
As an Associate Social Security Disability Attorney at Nyman Turkish, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Case Evaluation**: Thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims.
- **Cross-Examination**: Skillfully cross-examine witnesses during legal proceedings.
- **Hearings**: Prepare for and represent clients at hearings.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.
- **Case Strategy**: Develop and execute effective case strategies.
- **Hearing Representation**: Present cases in front of judges with professionalism and expertise.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- **Prioritization Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- **Bar Admission**: Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
- **Academic Excellence**: Graduation in the top 30% of your law school class is preferred.
- **Legal Involvement**: Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.

**Compensation**:

- $80,000-$140,000 (inclusive of base and bonus and depending on experience)
