**The Civi Group** has partnered with a leading General Contracting Company in New Hampshire to find an Estimator for their medium to large-scale Industrial/Commercial Construction Projects.

In this role as Piping Estimator, you will oversee the day-to-day duties associated with estimating process piping construction projects. This includes conducting quantity take-offs, managing costs, ensuring effective communication, overseeing budgeting, performing field take-offs, coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) specific to process piping needs, and analyzing bids for both accuracy and competitiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define the scope of work for estimates and bid preparation, focusing on process piping systems.
- Utilize estimating software to conduct accurate quantity take-offs specific to process piping projects.
- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), specifications, and basis of design to ensure precise project scoping for process piping construction.
- Collaborate with the project team to coordinate estimates and meet submission deadlines effectively.
- Interpret process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) to understand system requirements and accurately estimate material quantities.
- Evaluate piping material specifications, including material types, sizes, and grades, to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Review piping system layouts and installation drawings to identify potential constructability issues and provide input for cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability for piping materials and equipment.

**Skills & Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of estimating and take-off experience, with a focus on process piping systems.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and provide a professional level of communication.
- Possess strong mathematical and computer skills (proficient with Microsoft Office Programs).
- Ability to work constructively in a fast pasted, team environment.

Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
