**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE**: Supervisor

**PURPOSE**: Advantage Cleaning LLC is your single-source facility solution for consistently high-quality cleaning and maintenance. Our priority is to increase cleanliness while communicating efficiently and effectively every step of the way. The Lead Area Supervisor ensures that services are provided in an efficient, safe, and quality way.

**REPORTS TO**: CEO, COO, & Area Manager

**SUPERVISES**: N/A

- Contributes to team efforts by achieving required results efficiently.
- Continues professional and technical skill development through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional societies.

- Ensures strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations in all operational aspects.
- Adheres to Advantage Cleaning LLC policy and procedures.

**Essential Duties**:

- Regular field site visits, evaluate, coach and mentor, provide clear direction, take corrective action to ensure professional performance by Area Managers and all security personnel.
- Take corrective disciplinary action when required.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with client(s).
- Review work shift assignments to ensure personnel coverage is appropriately assigned.
- Communicate with senior management team to ensure post coverage is properly assigned. Address and correct issues as they arise.
- The position requires the following, non-negotiable characteristics:

- Completed Inspections and monitor quality across all 4 states as Regional Leader.
- Organizing closets with supply management.
- Start new accounts with Final walkthrough and assist.
- Oversees Post construction projects.
- Assist with Supplies.
- Manage coverage of accounts and also cover accounts when needed.
- Customer service touch with PM.
- Doing some light cleaning on things previous night team may have missed.
- Performing any special task requests from the PM.
- Training new employees or Affiliate partners employees.
- Teach Every process and protocol with safety, key access and fob requirements.
- Able to be a “back up” to assist with cleaning a location on emergency temp till location is filled.
- Monitoring employees/overseeing.
- Submit requests and complaints to Management.
- Monitoring and following up in swept.
- Keep constant communication for ongoing training with employees and management.
- Schedule employees and create schedules if needed with reminders if needed.
- Train new employees on how to order supplies on swept.
- Train New employees on how to keep a closet clean.
- Weekly reports on the status of locations.
- Training and setting up new Affiliate partners in every aspect.
- Traveling to locations in different states such as in FL, NC,RI,NY as well.
- Calling 1 time a day for status and daily updates.
- Train New Affiliate Partner on how we operate and 6 steps.
- Travel and Train New Affiliate Partner on how we bill, train and monies pertaining to
- Onboarding new affiliate partner with technology.

**Position Responsibilities: (Use as many pages as required)**
- Supervisory experience within a class “A” corporate environment.
- Professional appearance, demeanor and interpersonal skills.
- Clear communication with Area Managers, Security Officers, clients and Managers both

verbal and written.
- Flexibility to perform coverage as needed including overnights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task, think on your feet, prepare incident reports, follow escalation protocol.
- Must be proficiently experienced with training and managing subordinates including taking disciplinary actions.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to drive company vehicle during certain shifts (Evening & overnights)
- Ability to work in a multi-faceted and fast paced environment.
- Ability to follow directions and be always in line with change of directions.
- Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility with work hours and workdays is highly preferred.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

**Education**:

- High School Diploma
- Building Maintenance Certification, a plus

- Direct, articulate, and succinct communication style, both verbal and written.
- Mastery of organizational skills, including management of multiple tasks and deadlines.
