Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Integrator / Operations Manager to oversee our real estate sales, coaching, and rental property businesses. This person will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving business growth, and maintaining the highest standards of service. The Integrator / Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing and supporting the Executive Assistant.
**Compensation**:
$60,000
**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Strategic Functions**:
- Act as a strategic partner to advance the company's vision of “making good people wealthy”.
- Execute the LRRE 2024 Marketing Plan to grow the Realtor sales business.
- Develop KPIs to measure the organization’s performance relative to its 1 year and 3-year targets.
- Hold the team accountable to quarterly objectives in support of 1-year and 3-year targets.
- Optimize business systems to improve organizational efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of the digital product sales department.
- Lead weekly team meetings.
**Managerial Functions**:
- Protect the owner’s time.
- Free the owner from operational tasks so he can focus on recruiting, creating content and training programs, selling, and coaching.
- Supervise daily operations of real estate sales and rental businesses, which are managed by the Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, and Listing Coordinator.
- Manage and support the Executive Assistant, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks. Fill in for the Executive Assistant when needed.
- Lead, train and develop the administrative team.
- Direct the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training videos. Establish redundancies as needed.
- Plan, promote and execute 2-4 in person events per year. Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance brand credibility, visibility, and engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, CRMs, and project management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
