**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Assist in demolition estimating processes for project planning
- Prep jobsites & schedule crew members for timely demoliton
- Recomend improvements to systems and procesess to increase profitability
- Rent & schedule equipment from herc or other companies
- Create budgets for demolition projects
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in a variety of demolition tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Specialist with diverse construction skills to contribute to our projects and grow within our team.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,831.00 per year
