Early Preschool Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, physical, and social development
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, empathy, and cooperation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum goals
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children

Pay: $19.64 - $23.66 per hour
