Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting and implementing various HR initiatives and programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns
- Collaborate with management to develop succession planning strategies
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Support the implementation of organization design changes
- Coordinate training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Ceridian) for data entry and reporting purposes
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment labor laws
- Experience with succession planning and strategic planning initiatives
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
