**A Flooring Wholesale Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting flooring materials from the warehouse to customers' locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Transportation of Goods**:

- Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload flooring materials to various customer locations.
- Ensure all flooring materials are securely strapped and protected during transit to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

**2.** **Delivery Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch to plan delivery routes and schedules.
- Confirm delivery addresses, contact information, and any special delivery instructions with customers prior to departure.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by delivering flooring materials in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times, delays, or any issues that may arise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns related to deliveries with a positive and helpful attitude.

**4. Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection**:

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor or maintenance department promptly.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.

**5. Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Complete delivery logs, mileage records, and any required paperwork accurately and timely.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers and maintain delivery documentation for record-keeping purposes.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is submitted to the appropriate departments or personnel as required.

**6. Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Participate in regular safety training and adhere to safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and requirements.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
