- Provides guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relation matters and investigations. *Requirements:

- * Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change
- Have a strong understanding and comprehension of business functions, corporate structure, and job duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work on a hybrid schedule, which entails four days in the office and one day working remotely
- Project management including but limited to usage knowledge of project management software’s such as Microsoft Lists & Microsoft Planner. *Education and Experience:*
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years’ experience in HR administrative role. Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits:
