**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
- Assist with medical imaging procedures, such as X-rays or ultrasounds
- Provide health coaching and support for patients with chronic conditions
- Perform dermal filler injections for cosmetic purposes
- Conduct mammography screenings for breast cancer detection
- Assist with family planning services
- Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) needs for patients
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks

**Experience**:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Experience in medical imaging or mammography is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of family planning methods and contraceptive options is a plus
- Familiarity with health coaching techniques and chronic disease management is beneficial
