**Job Summary**:
U.S Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance within first year of employment.

**Responsibilities to Anticipate**:
Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership and other Functional customers

Interface with Factory Production Control Leads and Demand / Supply Planners

Communicate schedule changes across multiple factories

Partner with Master Scheduling to create, coordinate and enter MSALT changes

Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations

Help develop strategic plans (MRSP) with the POM and MPMs

Facilitate Program Line of Balance

Drive MRP Health with data integrity

Maintain Planned Independent Requirements (PIRs) for schedule accuracy

Manage Program Residual

Compliance Support for DCMA and other scheduled audits

**Basic Qualifications**:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills, ability to plan, control and direct activities and resources

Ability to contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with various disciplines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented

Experience working within Kinaxis

Proven success and demonstration of supporting material planning/procurement issues and driving successful outcomes

Proven leader in a matrix environment

A working knowledge of ITAR rules and regulations

Experience with SAP systems or other ERP systems

Experience with Government and Depot type processes

Proficient with MS Excel

EAC experience

Active DOD Security Clearance
