Special Kids Care, one of the leading providers of skilled pediatric home care, is seeking RNs and/or LVNs for our amazing patients Day and Night shifts are available with low and high-acuity patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records

**Skills**:

- RN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing but training is offered for new-graduate nurses.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric diseases, conditions, and treatments
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
