**Job Summary: Retail Jewelry Sales Associate**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our retail store, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled customer service while showcasing our exquisite jewelry and timepiece collections. Your role will encompass a variety of duties, including setting up and putting away jewelry cases, engaging with customers, driving sales, taking in repairs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute opening and closing procedures with precision, ensuring the store is presentable.
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Provide product knowledge to customers on all jewelry designers and fine timepieces.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Ability to use/learn a POS system
- Advise on repairs and deliver quotes for work.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences that foster long-term relationships.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.
- Arrange and maintain visually appealing display cases
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Assist management and coworkers in projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service 3 Years (required)
- Jewelry Sales Experience 2 Years (preferred)
- Experience in fine Watches 1 Year (preferred)
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer demographics.
- Demonstrated teamwork abilities and a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
- Detail-oriented
- Computer Skills: Outlook, Microsoft Suite

**Schedule**:

- 8 Hour Shift (FT Employee); Varied hours for PT with willingness to work an 8 Hour Shift as needed
- Ability to work Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
