**About the Position**

- Responsible for supervising the residential staff and ensuring the residents are creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive on-campus living environment that supports student learning and development.
- Salary: $3,780 per session

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Residential leadership experience in a college or camp setting

**Job Location and Dates**
- Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA
- Session 1: June 16 - July 12
- Session 2: July 13 - August 4
