The Machine Tool Maintenance (MTM), Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planner is responsible for the planning, upkeep, and delivery of PM data and services to all locations supported by the Andover MTM Team. The PM Planner will manage the day-to-day operations of the Preventative Maintenance program and support PM Manager in the development and implementation of services and technology. This position is primarily on-site, standard workweek (Monday-Friday 9/80 Schedule).

**What You Will Do**
- Plans, develops, implements, and maintains all processes associated with the MTM team to include the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance process.
- Work with Area leads, MTM Trades, and MTM Management to develop, evaluate for effectiveness, and implement Preventive Maintenance plans.
- Assist in the development of reports as well as fulfilling on demand data requests.
- Support the development and software improvement implementation to the current Maximo Maintenance Management System
- Frequent interface/partnering with Raytheon Facilities, Quality, Operations, EHS, and Security Leadership.
- Responsible for providing training to the MTM staff on the use of the CMMS and associated business processes.
- Support the procurement of materials and services, timekeeping, and training.
- Assist MTM Management and Trades with other duties as required.

**Qualifications You Must Have**
- Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a government US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

**Qualifications We Prefer**
- Experience working with Maximo Maintenance Management software, SAP & PRISM and Microsoft office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced, team setting, results driven team and to foster collaboration with Internal Customers and handle difficult situations and resolve client/customer issues.
- Experience interfacing, coordinating, and scheduling External Vendors and Suppliers.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles: Total Productive Maintenance, TPM
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and customer service skills with experience to interface across all levels of the organization.
