**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to quickly learn or already know how to operate scales and related equipment.
- Understand the principles of weights and measures.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to use personal computers, Microsoft programs and the internet.
- Have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
- Exercise strong time management skills, being able to plan, organize and prioritize tasks.
- On-the-job training is provided for our specialized industry.
- Standard work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm. However, the ability to work outside those hours is a must to meet customer requirements, emergency calls, etc.
- Flexibility in work hours is a possibility.

**Licenses and Equipment**:

- The employee must hold a valid Florida Driver's License.
