IT Specialist

Investor Loan Source - ILS Capital is a family owned and operated Private Lending Company and Private Investment Firm. We are expanding in several key markets and are seeking an IT Specialist to add to our growing organization of over 50 employees.

The **IT Specialist** assists with maintaining and improving the technical systems in our multiple offices. The IT Specialist supports the Site Managers and other department management with all IT related matters.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Onboard users by setting up accounts, computers, and phone.
- Assist users with help requests and solve issues through Teams, outlook, phone, TeamViewer, and in person.
- Technical support in office software and websites
- Perform yearly update in TMO and QuickBooks Enterprise (each company file must be converted by opening one by one).
- QuickBooks requires admin login for regular updates.
- Train users on basic use of software.
- Track asset inventory and tag new devices.
- Set up new desks with standard devices and provide upgrades of the user’s workspace when requested by the manager.
- Contact support from vendors if needed for troubleshooting.
- Setup users for work from home when requested (assign user to laptop, add computer shortcut, input VPN info & activate).
- Maintain on site infrastructure for Unifi network and cameras, site to site VPN, NAS, and QuickBooks server.
- Confirm that offsite backups for NAS, One Drive, and QuickBooks are successful.
- Purchase devices and set up new computers with required software.
- Set up new offices or assist with office moves.
- Assist with updating forms on the website, GlobiFlow, and Podio for Marketing and Loan Servicing.

**Experience in but not limited to**: Amazon Workspaces/TMO, QuickBooks, Ring Central, Office 365 Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, VersaCheck, Podio, One Login

**Qualifications**:2 years** + **proven experience in an IT Technician or relevant position.

**Salary**: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- El Campo, TX 77437: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: Main Location - El Campo TX
- Ability to commute when needed to other office locations in Houston, Woodlands and Jewett TX
