**votre rôle**:
As Security Resilience manager, your mission is to help prepare Orange Business to anticipate/prevent/resist/manage and recover from potential security attacks, mainly cyber. This activity is transversal between security and business continuity activities, and consists on ensuring business continuity of critical assets in case of an advert cyber event (ransomware, intrusion, data exfiltration ). You document worst case scenarios, assess readiness, prepare reactive procedure, manage some exercises, audit backup and recovery capabilities, manage relationship with Orange SOC (Security Operation Centre) and Security Response Team. You may also attend some security crises as a secretary of crisis.
Your activities and tasks
Documenting methodology and procedures:

- Build a document set to be used by OB teams to manage security resilience
- Improve awareness and readiness thanks to trainings to relevant OB teams
- Be able to present methodology to different stakeholders including during audits Conducting readiness assessments and capabilities audits
- Build a readiness matrix
- Perform readiness assessments together with critical assets owners and technical teams
- Execute and document capability audits on critical assets for some key activities (backup, logging )
- Follow improvement and correction plans Reporting and efficiency monitoring
- build a dashboard with relevant KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness Ensuring continuous improvement
- Make sure that security resilience improves over time and adapts to evolving threats Your professional experience

**votre profil**:
Education
Bachelor (or equivalent) including specialization in Cybersecurity or some years of professional experience on Cybersecurity. OR
Master (or equivalent) including specialization in Cybersecurity or several years of professional experience on Cybersecurity.

- Knowledge of Operating System Security, Network security and protocols
- Knowledge of the information system and architecture principles
- Knowledge of governance, norms and standards: mastery of audit methodologies
- Knowledge in Reverse engineering of systems
- Legal knowledge of ITN law relating to IS security and data protection
- Cybersecurity technology watch and study of trends Language Skills
- Fluent in both French and English Behavioural Skills
- Synthesis capacity
- Ability to popularize technical findings
- Writing of reports adapted to different levels of interlocutors

Within the Chief Technology and Information Office, the Global Security department (GlobalSec) animates and monitors OBS Security, relying on a community of actors in charge of the Security of their own entity or domain. GlobalSec defines the OB sectorial security policies (global security management, physical security, security incidents, vulnerability, security audit management, Information Security Management System) in line with Orange Group security policies, and manages the OB Security Referential. It ensures that OB entities implement the Orange or OB sectorial policies, defining their own entity policies on these bases if necessary, and organizes controls via audits or pentests.
GlobalSec manages main processes or activities such as security Derogation management, Vulnerability management; security Crisis management, Suppliers security management, Products Security, including Risks management.
