Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing drinks, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Sales-oriented mindset to upsell products and promote specials
- Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of food pairings and menu items
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with banquet events is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating tabs

Pay: $18.00 - $21.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
