We are expanding our staff and seeking** Licensed Journeyman Electricians** to join Hays Team for a job in Houston, Texas.

**Job description**

**Duties**:

- Comply with regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent, materials used, and tasks completed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve technical skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Driving to customer sites to perform electrical work.
- Assessing customer needs and providing estimates for electrical services
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment such as wiring, lighting fixtures, and appliances
- Troubleshooting electrical problems and identifying solutions
- Testing electrical systems and ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations, including wearing protective gear and ensuring proper grounding
- Communicating with customers to provide updates on work progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including time spent and materials used.
- Keeping up to date with changes in electrical codes and regulations
- To perform these duties, a Service Driver Electrician should have a thorough understanding of electrical systems and equipment, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a service vehicle may be required.
- Texas State Journeyman Electrical license
- Previous experience working as a Journeyman in commercial, multi-family, and hospitality projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean Driving Record

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
