Wax Specialist

Our well established Carrollwood European Wax Center is looking for an exceptional **customer service** and **sales minded** Esthetician or Cosmetologist who has a love of waxing and a passion for educating guests on how to look and feel their best If not experience in waxing, its ok We train

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing the highest quality wax service while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude. Giving great customer service at all times is a MUST
- Responsible for educating all guests on European Wax Center's products. Sales experience is a **HUGE** plus
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with guests in an effort to build guest loyalty to the European Wax Center brand.
- Striving every day to achieve bi-monthly sales goals and constantly working to be better than the day before.
- Responsible for arriving to work on time and wearing the appropriate dress code and nametag. Remembering we are in the beauty industry and it’s important to look and feel our best
- Responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring the scripts and standard responses while working in the location.
- Responsible for following all center policies and procedures.

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Florida
- Must be **Goal** and **Sales **oriented
- Positive, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
- Fully understands the importance of hospitality and great customer service
- Ability to receive coaching and implement changes based on coaching.
- An ability to work independently with limited supervision while always maintaining the center standards.
- A professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment
- A professional demeanor at all times
- Team player mentality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
