**Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler | Full-Time | Pain Management | West Hills, CA**

ProHealth Staffing is seeking a skilled **Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler** to join a pain management practice in West Hills, CA, preferably experience in high-volume healthcare settings.

**Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler Position Details**:

- **Location**: West Hills, CA
- **Compensation**: $18-$20/hr., depending on relevant experience
- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
- **Benefits (upon eligibility)**: Medical, Dental, 401(k), PTO, Sick Days, etc.

**Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing high-volume calls, screening, routing calls, taking messages as necessary, etc.
- Greeting patients
- Performing check-in and check-out procedures.
- Scheduling appointments and follow-ups, managing calendars, etc.
- Collecting co-pays from patients
- Utilizing EMR software
- Assist patients with questions, forms, documents, etc., as necessary.
- Retrieve and organize patient records and preoperative documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes with confidentiality.

**Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler Qualifications**:

- 1 year of Medical Front Office experience, and recent within 6 months
- EMR experience a MUST-HAVE.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week
